Trauma Release Healing with the Energy of 4 combines four hours of specialised bodywork with a dedicated hour of energy healing, incorporating the therapeutic foundations of Trauma Release Healings 1, 2 and 3.

The treatment incorporates signature Trauma Release Healing, meridian work, Ayurvedic herbal oils, heat therapy and Head Release, supporting the release of accumulated trauma, physical restrictions and conditioned patterns.

The Diamond — Extraction

The defining modality is extraction, expressed through two complementary practices.

Physical extraction incorporates Hijama cupping, lymphatic work and skin-level clearing to address fluid stagnation, fascial density and tissue congestion, supporting circulation and fluid-system balance.

Energetic extraction incorporates Shamanic Healing, a 13-point quartz crystal transmission and energetic cord dissolution, addressing dense energetic imprints and supporting realignment within the energetic field.
