Trauma Release 2 — Layered Release (3 hours)
Client Profile
Men carrying both physical trauma and psychological or emotional layering. Their pain, tension, and stress patterns live equally in body and mind.
This may include men who:
• Experience chronic pain combined with nervous system fatigue
• Struggle with persistent anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, compulsive patterns, emotional dysregulation, or dissociation linked to stress
• Present with conditions such as:
• Chronic pain
• Fatigue syndromes
• Chronic pain with fatigue
• Carry long-term muscular and fascial guarding
• Are navigating an array of mental health challenges, including (but not limited to):
• Generalised anxiety disorder
• Complex depression tied to trauma
• PTSD or C-PTSD traits
• Intrusive or obsessive thought cycles
• Sensory overload and nervous system reactivity
• Compulsive control or safety behaviours
• Mood instability under stress
• Mental exhaustion from chronic pain
This level works into deeper fascia and stress-system holding, allowing the brain to release defence naturally through somatic work.
By releasing fascia, the system signals safety to the brain — reducing mental noise, easing emotional load, and calming psychological defence patterns without needing to ‘force’ cognitive release.
Clients often say:
“My body hurts because my brain never stops.”
“I’m tired in my bones, not just my head.”
